REFUND PROCESS:
I had one refund requested this weekend. This player has been granted their request, as the order had not been sent to MVP. The order was officially sent yesterday, and no other refunds will be processed. If you cannot make it, you have the option to either get your players pack or to arrange for someone else to play in your place and they can pay for their entry. Since this is an event that required player discs to be ordered, this is the only way to handle this without causing the club to take a financial impact.
