I'm totally happy playing short tees, but, just for the locals, are we ACTUALLY playing the short tee on 18? I've played a good 100+ rounds at Elver in the last 40 years and my group has played the long on 18 ever time, even in Thurs leagues. I can't say I've ever even seen someone drive from the short tee on 18.
