I sent a PM through messanger too

I have two therapist who do weekly mindfulness groups next to this course. I was informed that they planned on taking the kids to this course to play tomorrow but they were not sure how to play themselves. I said I would help them and bought a box of disc for the kids and planned on come down to the course tomorrow. Then I see this event is coming tomorrow also. So is the course closed now or would the kids be able to at least come down and see what's going on maybe meet some players?

I have been playing for years and I understand tournament play and rules and ........
I just don't want to turn away any kids that may show up for tomorrow's mindfulness group.
