I was planning on doing this tournament and staying in the area with three friends, but two of them cancelled making it too pricey for housing, so I requested a refund along with my friends over a week ago. Two of them got full refunds but one of my friends and I did not, simply because there were two people on the waitlist and Henry Childres was willing to be inconsistent in his application of the refund policy just to save a couple of bucks.

When I pointed it out to him that he gave full refunds to other people but would not for me, Childres did not respond. This is especially ridiculous considering this was just inside of two weeks before the tournament and over a week before the registration deadline. Let it be known that this dude is PETTY. All he cares about is filling spots and making money.
