Thank you for playing the 2023 Northern Illinois Open! This email will act as your player meeting, so please read carefully!
A Pool Divisions (MPO, MP40, MA1, MA40) – You will start on Walnut Hollow at 9am. MA1 & MA40, please come pick up your player’s packs from Fel Pro starting at 8am – if you do not grab one then, I will have leftovers at lunch time. Pro divisions do not need to come to Fel Pro for players packs. Be on your starting hole at 9am.
B Pool Divisions (MA2, FA1, MA3, MA50) – You will start on Fel Pro at 9:30am. Come pick up your player’s packs from 8am-9:15am. Be on your hole ready to go at 9:30am.
PARKING at Walnut Hollow: Please park along the course side on Main Street, please do not park in the parking lot as that is reserved for the Dog Park-goers. Thank you for your cooperation.
The Air Quality is something that is very new to us all. We will monitor the situation, but wear a mask if it allows you to breathe better and keep your mind at ease. Take care of YOU!
Cash CTPs will be during round 2 – Hole 18 at Fel Pro for A Pool, Hole 9 at Walnut Hollow for B Pool. They will be worth $150 each!
Ace Pot is at $250 per pool! IF there are no aces hit for a particular pool, we will do an ace throw off at the end of the event at Fel Pro!
Lunch will be 1 hour from when the last card is turned in from Round 1. Look at PDGA.com for updates.
We will use live scoring for this event – PDGA.com/score (or the PDGA app) – access code is NIO23

There are 3 notes to add that the videos do not mention: the ladies tees on 2,3,4 at Walnut Hollow will be marked with paint & flags. Those are for the FA1 division only. Hole 6 Fel Pro for both layouts – the right side tall grass is not OB. Just on/over path is the OB to the right side on 6. Finally, Hole 17 at Fel Pro for the Classic layout – I mentioned OB on the left side, it does wrap around the back side to the right near 18’s tee, but the right side off the tee is not OB. Flags and paint will be clear. Any OB questions, please let me know & play a provisional!

Awards will take place at Fel Pro after all divisions have completed play. Dellwood Disc Golf will be on site vending so you can spend your payouts!
