So am I understanding this correctly? No caddies or spectators allowed? My dad lives on the course, owns a golf cart, and is a member at Fairways of Canton, was hoping he could join me out there and caddy. Would appreciate clarification here, the main reason I am playing was for us to spend some time out there.
