Yes. If the stock stamp says Putter or Putt and Approach it is acceptable. Stock stamps that say only Approach are not.

Glitches only have numbers no description. They're ok still I'm assuming.

Yes, the Glitch is considered a Putt and Aproach so it's okay to use.
