No that is not accurate. If you are on waitlist and don't get in to the tournament, you get a refund. If you are in the tournament and drop and there is someone on the waitlist to take your spot we will give you a refund. We would ask that if you are in the tournament and plan on dropping please do so as soon as you know so that we can be courteous to the players on the waitlist. We would like to minimize any last minute fire drills to the extent possible.
