We will be accepting refund requests up until the morning of the tournament. Please make those requests as soon as possible so that we can alert players on the waitlist. Sometimes waitlisted players decline last-minute slots and we have to move to the next person, or the next person... So, yeah, it requires a little time.

Refund requests that come in the morning of the event will not be honored. Thanks for understanding.
