I always start from the bottom and work my way up. MJ will play with MA60 since it works better that way and FA3 will play with FA40. Other then that MA3 will start then it will move up the divisions. Now that being said. Since he is MA2 I can put him on the first card for MA2 and then FA1 would tee off after everyone else but MA1 so the time would be somewhat similar to what your asking but him first.
