There are basic PDGA requirments for clothing (basically keep your shirt on), and we will be following those. But our "dress accordingly" comment was meant to be a bit more fun - it's a summer celebration, so we encourage players to wear things like floral shirts, bucket hats, and other summer gear at this event, althought it is not required. This has been clarified in the description!
