Some holes, like Hole A for instance, there isn't a perimeter sidewalk, it's curbing that's in between the grass and the street. Is it also safe to assume that the curbing and beyond is OB as well? I think I know the answer to this question, but I think some players may nitpick and think they aren't out if they go into the street since the rules just say "perimeter sidewalk" instead of "perimeter sidewalk and curbing."
