Parking: Please only park in the parking lot. The police departments have been monitoring all of the park so we need to make sure we follow their guidelines. Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly PROHIBITED at the park.
Water: There will be water jugs on holes 1 and 10. There will also be a port-a-let with trash can on hole 10. PLEASE DO NOT open for any reason, BUT please pack it in and pack it out. Trash cans are very limited and there is no reason you cannot hold trash until the end of the event or when you get home. Please do not litter..

Scoring: Your card will pick one player on your card to keep score via UDisc and one player to keep backup (via UDisc or Paper scorecard) Paper cards will be available at Tournament Central.

When your round is finished you will need to submit the scorecard and be sure we receive it and return paper backup to tournament central
Finishing your round: Make sure you check to see if we received your scores. It is up to your card to verify and submit the scorecard. Penalties will be added to incorrect and/or incomplete/non-submitted scorecards!
Payout: DDG will use PayPal to payout the winning PROs and Hazy Shade Disc Golf & More will handle payout for winning AMs with gift cards. (Gift cards can be used in store or online) Once payout is issued WE WILL NOTIFY YOU, please do not bug us or Hazy, as we will, and do, get these done as soon as we can! Usually within 24-48 hours after the event has finished.
