you will need to wait till the next ratings update to sign up for MA1. you can always sign up for MA2 and then switch your division later on if you feel like guaranteeing a spot in the tourney.

Not sure if I got it fixed but try it again, there was no cap for FPO which is weird to me why it wouldn't let you do it
