Does it still need to be 3 minimum to a card? I'd like to sign up, but don't want to show up and not have anyone available to make a card with since I am out of town. I wouldn't be able to get there until after noon. May 22, 2023

Yes, per PDGA rules, you must have at least 3. There will be plenty of people looking for a group.
