14B - walk toward basket and just before you get to basket, if you walk directly right you should see a small path through the brush which you will reach the road. Cross it. Their is an opening between the street and the bathroom. Throw down said opening. Basket is usually straight down the center. Path at the end leads you back to the street which you will walk back to hole 14 and continue to 15 and so on. Hope that made sense.
