We suspect it's because of Memorial Day weekend conflicts. We moved our original date due to conflicts with other women's tournaments in the region and with our own schedule being pretty packed through out the late spring/summer it was one of the only dates we could manage. The tournament will happen regardless of turnout though so you don't have to worry about event cancelation.
