Hi Kulin - Basically your handicap is 80% of the difference between your average and the scratch score. It takes 4 weeks to establish your average, and until then the handicap is gradually phased in. I will be posting the stats with everyone's handicap on the bulletin board at the park. There is no good place to put it in the scene or on UDisc.
