I realize you don't normally use it but just to be clear, the marked mando right on hole 2 from the blues is not in effect right? No double mando.

Also for 4a and 4b if it's parking lot OB, does that mean the sidewalk is in bounds? Thanks in advance.

No double mando on 2. And the sidewalk is not inbounds. I will make sure to address that in the player's meeting. Thank you for inquiring
