OB lines have been painted and I will have all ob and hazard rules below for anyone wanting to get a practice round in.
Hole 1- Mandatory must go left of the marked tree. Completely surrounded by water is out of bounds. All tee shots missing mandatory or out bounds proceed to the drop zone. All shots after that normal OB rules apply.
Hole 2- Completely surrounded by water is out of bounds
Hole 4- Inside the painted area in front of the basket is a hazard. Add 1 stroke to all throws in hazard and play it as it lies.
Hole 5- Completely surrounded by water and on or over painted line is out of bounds. All OB drives proceed to the drop zone.
Hole 7- Tee pad for this hole is marked with flags. Completely surrounded by water is out of bounds
Hole 8- On or over painted line is out of bounds.
Hole 9- On or over painted line is out of bounds.
Hole 10- Inside the painted area in front of the basket is a hazard. Completely surrounded by water is out of bounds. Add 1 stroke to all throws in hazard and play it as it lies.
Hole 11- On or over painted line is out of bounds.
Hole 13- Completely surrounded by water is out of bounds.
Hole 14- Completely surrounded by water is out of bounds.

Hole 18- On or over painted area is out of bounds. Normal OB rules apply.
