As of right now, that is the thinking. We will end up making final decisions once we get closer ot the date and see what times fill. We want to get out as many people as possible and realize that after 5PM is necessary for a lot of people. If the 330PM, 345PM and 4PM fill you won't be starting on 10 because at 520PM that si where they will be. If we get a bunch of 520PMs sign up we will start taking away 330-415PM slots that have no one signed up.
