Good morning! Just wanted to reach out to all of the registered players with a couple of pieces of information. 1st: Ratings update day is in a couple of weeks. 2.02(A)(2) allows for players to play in a division if the update changes their rating and makes them ineligible only if the tournament,ent is within 2 weeks of the ratings update. This tournament will be just outside that window. In the event the ratings update makes you ineligible for the division I will adjust the division you are entered in, to ensure you are entered in the correct division. Also, we are nearing trophy-ordering time. Once that happens I will be closing divisions that are empty, and will look at potentially combining some of the low participant divisions. In the event your division gets eliminated and you are asked to move to a different division, you will have the option of withdrawing and receiving a full refund.
