Edit to course particulars: There will be casual relief for standing water (large puddles) - per cards agreement. If you land within any stream or riverway and the disc is completely surrounded by water, that is OB. Again, puddles do not count as OB. Please remember that if a decision cannot be made between the card, the decision is to go in favor of the player. When in doubt, take a provisional and come see me after your round. If you go over any fence, that will be OB. Half of the grandstands will be "roped" off, and the other half will be stand/sit at your own risk for spectators. If you land in the grandstands you are safe. All roads and gravel will not be ob. You will play it where it lies, if it is not listed here or within your email. Another email will be sent out this evening with the updates.
