The about section has an update that says it's capped at 144.

I just signed up. What does this mean? I would not have signed up if I was going to be on a waitlist, I live over an hour away...

Not sure what happened but the event is not capped at 144. We have three pools available and they are each capped at 72 competitors. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for pointing it out to me.
