I know "ice bowl" tournaments typically have mulligans but just want to confirm that this isn't the case with this tournament. I would assume with a pdga rated event you cannot purchase mulligans. Am I correct? It doesn't mention it in the "about" section and have had a few people mention you can purchase mulligans. Can you please clarify on this.
