of course after i finished spray painting it snowed, So I went back to the course and salted and shoveled the tee pads, but all the OB lines I painted are covered,
With out a clearing defined line, I don't think we can use OB's
So for round 1 - NO out of bounds on any holes
all water is inbounds, with casual relief
( you can move your disc in a straight line away from the basket until there is no water, with no penalty)
Tomorrow in the morning I will gauge if the the painted lines will be uncovered for round 2
