Chris you can the junior up in an skill based division and I can make the change when the event occurs. It will effect multiple groupings if I create a junior division that doesn't fill. Also per the PDGA rule 1.13.B a parent or guardian is required to accompany any Junior 12 or under. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Cheers!
