Hello Everyone(waitlisters you are on this email as well for informational purposes)
I wanted to take a moment and thank you all for signing up for our little C-tier to help raise funds for the 2023 High Plains Challenge!
We are just under 2 weeks away and I wanted to provide you some updates:
Starting Hole Assignments will be posted Friday 3/24/2023 at approximately 8pm, HERE
On the Friday before John Reed and I will be out doing the OB line marking on 17/18 and the Mando Installation.
The map is attached to this email and most of the rules should not come as a surprise, it is for the most part the Standard Pessimist course.
Event Check in will run from 7:30am-8:15am: If you fail to check in by 8:15am you will forfeit your spot to any potential waitlister on site.
Round 1 will start at 8:30 sharp, and two minutes are called out at 8:28am.
After the final card is submitted we will have a 1 hour lunch break then start round 2.
This is a PDGA c-Tier Event, all PDGA rules will be followed including those regarding alcohol consumption, marijuana use, and that you can not have a dog with you during the course of play. Our friends from Disc Revolution will be on site vending so if you have any plastic needs they will be there!
Waitlisters: I will keep working the waitlist until the night before the event at 8pm: From Today on if you get in you will receive an email from Disc Golf Scene. You have 24 hours to complete registration or reach out to me and your spot will be given to the next person.
Final player email will go out Friday before with any last minute details
As always, if you see Basil or anyone from the City of Ft Morgan or their staff, give them a big thank you. Without them we would not have such amazing courses that are well maintained all year round!
