Yes. By pdga rule we are required to pay out 85% of net entry fees for a C tier event. Which are gross fees minus pass through fees which includes PDGA fees, TD Fees, Greens fees and a couple of other costs. Our Pass through costs are equal to the entry fee so the Net amount is zero.
