When our 2023 schedule was approved in November of this last year it looked like we’d finally found dates that didn’t conflict with any other organizations, however with so many North Texas events we were bound to find scheduling conflicts down the road with other tournaments being approved. As a club, we would never purposefully run synchronous events with other organizations unless absolutely necessary, and in this case would especially not like to run along side a memorial event like The Claydog. We’ve decided that it’s in the best interest of DFW Disc Golf to move the Chain Bomber open to March 19th and encourage everyone to support the Claydog Memorial this weekend (3/4/2023). After some feedback, we’ve decided to make the Chain Bomber open a one day, two round B tier that will still boast $1000 added cash to pro divisions and $250 added merch to amateur divisions! Anyone who is currently signed up for the Chain Bomber open will receive an email shortly and competitors who can no longer attend will receive full refunds. We hope you’re all able to join us for an amazing day of golf at one of best courses Texas has to offer!
