Hello Players!
Here are the final details you need for tomorrow's event!
I have included the main map(pin positions on the rule sheet) I have also included the rule sheet (pars corrected) we will follow for the event. PLEASE NOTE, the temporary Hole 19 was removed from the event, it was a decision I did not make lightly but it is for the best interest of the event and continued positive interactions on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: The Biergarten is closed and the Portos on Holes 7 and 15 are the only restrooms available on-site. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you only use restroom facilities, there are reports from the brewery leadership of people(not necessarily our events) just going wherever they chose. PLEASE help us keep positive visibility and relationships as this is a tender time in the relationship with AB as they are selling the biergarten property. ALSO BE KIND to employees and security if you are out practicing or playing. That will go a long way to keeping things smooth out there as they work on new ownership of the Biergarten

Starting hole assignments are posted HERE.
Scoring is going to be done on PDGA.Com/Score or the PDGA App, the code to get in is NADGT. 2 people from the group are required to keep score, one via the official method, the other via PDGA ideally, but paper, or Udisc is acceptable. The group can decide who keeps the PDGA and who keeps the other PDGA or Udisc. The Digital Scorecard is the OFFICIAL score card of the event. After you complete scoring make sure everyone’s score is confirmed prior to anyone leaving for the day. PLEASE NOTE: Being unprepared to keep score, or unwilling to keep score with other methods provided is not an acceptable excuse.
After you check in, proceed to your starting hole, there is no player meeting. The round will start at 8:30am, being that this course is very hard to hear the 2 minute warning, Assume unless otherwise told in the morning that 8:28am is the 2 minute warning and 8:30am your round should start. I will still yell 2 minutes and Start but likely only a handful of holes will hear me.
Check in will run from 7:30-8:15 right outside the parking lot, Just look for me!
Round 1 will start at 8:30am
Round 2 will start 1 hour after the last card from round 1 is complete. I will email players and it will be posted on PDGA site with your round 2 starting holes.
IF YOU DO NOT PLAN TO CONTINUE PLAYING AFTER ROUND 1 PLEASE COME TELL ME. I will be eating lunch in the parking lot and if you do not want a rating penalty 888 I need to know you will not be competing for the second round.
This is a PDGA sanctioned event, all rules regarding alcohol and other substances during the round are in effect.
Based on current registrations the following places will get an invitation to the National Championships in Austin Texas, November 1st-4th 2023.
MA1- 8 FA1- 2 MA40- 3 MA50- 2 MA60- 1
MA2- 3 FA2- 1 MA3- 4
I want to thank you all for your interest in the event. It means the world to me that you all signed up to play one of my events, and on a Monday even! I strive to provide you all with a fun and consistent event and atmosphere and value any feedback you may have for me to help improve future events, please feel free to email me any and all feedback you have. Couple forgotten details:
Ace Pool $3: If you want in on this tomorrow morning please bring Cash, and Exact Change if possible. I will only be accepting Cash, no venmo or Paypal. If the ace pool does not get hit, it will move to the next Kylorado NADGT Event at Adams Hollow.
After round 2, I will have award pins for the winners. In the event of a playoff, Sudden death will occur on this playoff Loop: 10-11-17-18 Sudden Death until there is a winner.
Player Packs: I will have the towels at check in, the website Voucher for $25 will be loaded tomorrow night with details emailed out to players.
