Personally, it’s Winget Park. I want to play great courses and feel like the courses are as epic as the event claims to be. I’m registered for the A-Tier in Clayton (30 minutes from me) that weekend on a course that is significantly better than Winget. Renni has been added, but my division is two rounds at Winget, one at Renni. Just not interested in that. I was super excited about the DGMT, I hope it really takes off.

I know where you’re coming from. But for me coming from out of town ( Roanoke VA) it’s just fun to play somewhere new. I’m just trying to support this new thing (DGMT) the best that I can with the hope that it will continue to get better as time goes by. Only with lots of support can Callie continue to grow this tournament and make it the best she can.

I really appreciate Callie and what she’s put together…sincerely. But the event needs to be appealing to players like me beyond just a great idea. Execution matters…if you build it (the right way), they will come. Obviously, I’m not the only one who feels this way about Charlotte’s stop. Makes me sad, too.

I really hope you guys start betting on me more. I am betting on you all. If you see opportunity then please offer solutions such as what courses would you rather play in Charlotte? Complaining is okay however, that doesn't really help me gather what you guys are looking for. I promise I am always listening. HELP ME!! I want people to play so lets make it happen.

I’ll be there Callie and I’m driving 4 hours to get there. Charlotte is such a hot bed for disc golf with so many good players and venues to play at! Keep up the great work and don’t be discouraged! If for some reason Charlotte doesn’t give you what you need try Lynchburg, VA! Home of the 2024 World Championship!

From what I am seeing on the tournament board, most of the top courses are available. Hornets Nest, Nevin, Eastway, Bradford, The Beaver twins(Angry and Eager). I didn't see another event for that weekend locally.

Callie reach out to Tom Usselman if you can. He runs the weekly league at Winget and can get the word out. I do believe the selection of Winget is one of the reasons registration is low. It’s in a remote part of Charlotte and it’s also a very short course and one of the lower ranked courses in Charlotte. If itwere possible to include Eastway or Kilborne or Nevin or scrapyard or RL that would help.
