Hi Rick, the spread of skill levels amongst the Juniors makes it difficult to create a course design that is appealing to all of the various age groups. I would generally think that players 16 and older would be better served playing in the MA3 or FA3 divisions. Shoot me a direct message if you believe to the contrary. Also, we realized again the potential challenges of including Juniors in the A tier due to PDGA membership requirements. We're continuing discussions to see if a separate C-Tier would be better.
