A flex event means it can happen anytime groups are ready to go out. So if you show up at 10 or 11 or whenever works for you with your partner then you will wait for another group to arrive or join one waiting to go. A flex event is a more casual tournament that allows players to start at there convenience and then just compete against other scores posted that day as opposed to a shotgun or tee time start where everyone plays at once or at scheduled times.
