UPDATE ON KAROHL LAYOUTS - There is a fence on 11 that is OB left of the fairway, the change has been made to PDGA live as well as this comment.
Thank you for joining us for our first ever B-Tier! We are crazy excited to compete at two beautiful courses: Karohl Park and Caesar Ford. Below you will find course particulars and tournament information!
Hole Assignments - Hole Assignments will be posted Friday night, January 27th, 2023. Pool A will start at Caesar Ford and Pool B will start at Karohl Park. Pool/Tee Assignments will go as follow:

Tournament Directors - We will have 4 tournament directors available for this tournament. All are available for questions or help during the round.
Check-In - There will be no players meeting or check-in! This email will serve as your players meeting. It is YOUR responsibility to know the rules and course particulars!!! We will start the round at 8am at both courses.
Scoring- You will pick two players on your card to keep score via PDGA live scoring, http://pdga.com/score The code is GCWC. This allows you to see scoring conflicts as they arise, and it is always good to have a backup scorecard in case of emergency!
Casual Relief - There might be standing water at each course. Players are permitted to take casual relief in the opposite direction of the basket from pools of water that are in bounds on each course. This only applies to standing water, and not mud. Player Packs- Player pack pickup will be available at Caesar Ford before or after your round. We have bags prepped for AMS with the disc you chose at registration, along with your towel and wristband. Whatever you picked at registration is what you will get, but you are obviously welcome to trade after you’ve received your pack. Every pack is packed in a bag, so that you are choosing colors at random to make it fair for every player regardless of what time they are picking it up.
Hole Assignments- Hole Assignments will be posted Friday after all players have settled after last minute drops and additions. These are subject to change, so please double check your hole assignments before the round. If somehow you go to start your round, and only have 2 players on your starting hole, one player should go to the card in front of them, and the other to the card behind. If this happens, please text 937-925-5047, notifying Chris of the change.
Parking- Caesar Ford has plenty of parking, but Karohl does not. If the parking lot is full, please park on the road/in the neighborhood next to the course. Be mindful of driveways and neighboring yards, as we are all representing the Disc Golf community at large. There is NO grass parking permitted for the event.
Practice and Warm Up- Both courses will be playable up to 2 minutes before the shotgun start for both rounds. Feel free to putt or throw before the 2 minute mark!
Pack In Pack Out- Make sure you aren’t leaving your trash on the course! If you are bringing it in, take it out with you!
Bathroom- Both courses have bathrooms on site.
1 hour between rounds - There will be roughly one hour between the last card finishing on a course and the start of the next round start. I will send out an email and comment on Disc Golf Scene when tee times are set for each pool. We are predicting Caesar Ford to take longer, so consider that when traveling. I’d also advise you to grab food near Karohl, because there is not much around Caesar Ford. If you are late to your second tee time, your card is required to report a par +4 on each hole until you arrive. Don’t be late!!
Prepare for a long day - You are going to want plenty of water and energy for the day. This will be a long day of Disc Golf! The conditions will be tough, and we are assuming the rounds will be long. Make sure you come prepared with water, snacks, and a good attitude!
