Personally, I do not feel anything special needs to be accommodated when those details were provided in registration and prior to paying. I also think it's mighty fine of you to even consider doing something special. We all know the risk we take when registering for something months in advance, you could get injured, a special circumstance, or anything...that is part of the risk. Accept the risk, or do not register. The last thing a person should expect is an exception to the rule. Again, mighty nice of you to consider it, but that is ABOVE AND BEYOND any requirements you have for refunding.
