Jonathan do you plan to play with us at least twice a month?? This is a membership tournament and tags are given. To keep the tags in play we ask that you play wrong us twice a month at least. We play over 5 times a week so not difficult to do. Just wondering because we have never met and don’t believe I have played with

Brandon, I think you need to add a disclaimer to the event page that you are having this as a requirement for signing up. It's extremely off-putting to someone that wanted to support you and your club and spent money to travel to you just for you to turn around and basically insinuate that we should drop out because your top 20 tags won't be in play. Had that been something on the main page that we could read before registering, I wouldn't be out the un-refundable portion of my registration. Also, another thing you can consider is perhaps if someone wasn't going to play regularly at your course or with a BCDG member, you could simply offer a higher number so that they are compliant to your requirement... just my thoughts. Nothing against you or your club, but just my first thought when reading your statement.
