The central valley has been experiencing heavy flooding the last couple days and has already cause some hazardous driving conditions this past week.

The park on the other hand will have its own hazardous variable ls to consider, such as; slick tee pads, muddy conditions, and cold weather. Basically all the same conditions a course will have when playing on a stormy day.
