Holes 10 & 11 have pink flags and a string line separating their fairways. There’s no OB listed…. But it looks like obvious OB lines. Is there or is there not OB on those holes?

Hole 18 has a tree with bright orange tape around it indicating a Mando to the right. But it’s not listed in the rules for this tournament. Will that mando be in effect or not?

Sorry for all my questions. I just feel these things are going to come up during one of the tournament rounds.
