Congrats to Dan Kilgore for taking down the $105 December Poker Pot!!! His winning hand was 2 Pair - Aces / Queens with a Jack kicker!!! Nice hand!! All December Hands will be posted separately tomorrow before league starts.
For the January Poker Game, we will be running another 5 card hand with a $5 monthly buy-in that can be paid weekly or all at once. Keep in mind paying the full $5 guarantees your cards being drawn if you have to miss a week. The format will be a 5 Card Poker Hand with 6 Wild Cards included in the deck each week. The Wild Cards will be the 2 Jokers plus 4 other cards that will be drawn at the beginning of the night before cards are mixed and drawn for the Week 1 Pull. 2 Cards will be drawn to determine the other 4 Wilds. If a 2 of Hearts is pulled, the Red 2s (Hearts and Diamonds) will be Wild. If a Black Queen is pulled, the Black Queens (Spades and Clubs) will be Wild. These cards will remain Wild for all weeks and will not change once they are determined. They will also all be in play each week. So there is a good chance of some monster hands during the month.
If you will miss Week 1, feel free to comment here or reach out to me before the start of League tomorrow and I can pull a tentative card for you. Cards will not become active until entries are paid though. So you cannot see or know your card until you pay in.
