Will there be a caddy book of sorts or documentation that explains the following:

-The course's prescribed general OB and how it is marked

-Casual water vs OB water (hole 14 and 16 drainage ditch comes to mind)

-How prescribed mandatories are to be played (Holes 2A blue basket mando, 2B elevated gold basket if playing as an island, 9 blue basket mando special instructions per club rulings, 17 elevated gold basket from 17 gold tee mando?)

Not everyone playing in the tournament is a club member and my not be familiar with the club rules as how to play some of the situations listed above.

There may be other situations which may not have been addressed. Anyone can add to this to clear up any potential questions prior to the tournament. With the days getting shorter and shorter that lead up to the tournament, it may help the flow of play throughout the day . Thanks
