Is this not a shotgun start? Having only 1 group tee off at a time like the pro tour will take a very long time considering the limited sunlight we will have. We should start the first round at 8 simultaneously, then start second round around 12:30 simultaneously. Every group on a different hole all starting together. That way we all finish close to the same time too.
