Each team member will be awarded 2 points for showing up and an additional 2 per team they beat. For example if there are 6 teams (and no ties) 1st place will get 12 points, second place gets 10 points, 8, 6, 4, & 2. For Ties, points are added and then split between the tie. For example, if first and second place tie in the previous example, 22 points are split between the two teams, and each player is awarded 11. Hope that makes sense!
