Player A will tee on odd holes and Player B will tee on even holes. After A tees, throws will progress, B, A, B, A… until the hole is completed. Next hole, B tees, then A,B,A… until the hole is completed. Teams will declare who will tee odd/even before the start of the round with their cardmates.
