Hey All!! Tomorrow is the day!
Just some quick updates to go over.
1. Check-in is from 9-10:30. You do not have to be there at 9. This is just for those who want to practice a bit beforehand to be able to check-in early.
2. Player meeting is MANDATORY. Groups might change but we won't know until everyone check in so please do not go straight to your assigned hole until after the player meeting.
3. Donations are much appreciated. New are slightly used discs. Anything cool for prizes and CTPs.
4. Payment can be done the day of. Also for side games. (If you have already paid but not yet let me know, please reach out. We will be pulling the Paypal receipts the day of just in case, as well)
a. Ace Pool: $5
b. 50/50 CTP: $5
c. Raffle Tickets: $5 for 10 tickets
d. DGFAC and The St. Aubin family will be bringing a bunch of items to raffle, as well. Including a Chainstar Lite Basket!
5. Cash is king. Paypal fees are kind of gnarly. Venmo will also work.
Finally, if you packed it in, pack it out. Thank you all!
