I'm guessing you mean fishing outside of disc golf and not fishing for discs, lol. I'm not sure about lakes, but there's Spruce Creek that's north of Doris Leeper (about 8 miles north of it) that has a ramp open to the public. I don't know if things changed since the storm though. A much closer choice is Buena Vista Park that's 4 miles to the east of Holland Park (one of the courses we're playing) and it has two piers you can fish from (each jet out over the water by about 250 feet).
