Teams have nothing to do with it. If one of the individuals in competing in a division they aren't qualified for then then team isn't qualified for the division. Players are ultimately responsible for signing up for the division for which they qualify. You might need to remind them about this. Of course if you link your DGScene registration up to the PDGA site then this sort of thing usually sorts itself out at registration.

Thanks I reached out and got the answer also linked it to the PDGA site. Only had one that was not qualified according to the event staff. One of them is over 970 but is classified as an amateur by PDGA standards
