Exactly, it’s kinda the honor system on exact value, and you can always donate more to the cause. The donated items are used to help raise more money in various ways. A lot of people donate items they got from players packs throughout the year but don’t intend to use. Like two discs that will never find a place in your bag or other items you aren’t going to use that may be great for someone else. Donations can also be non-disc golf. Say you have a $30 gift card to a restaurant you hate, you could donate that.
