General course rules - Road is defined as asphalt, not gravel. Any water that is in ditches or gully is casual. Only OB water is the lake itself. On top of any building is OB. This year, tall grass is casual.

PDGA RULE 809.01 Abandoned Throw
A player may choose to abandon their most recent throw by declaring their intention to the group. The abandoned throw and one penalty throw are counted in the player's score, and the player plays from the lie from which the abandoned throw was made. Penalty throws incurred by the abandoned throw are disregarded.
Hole 1 - white 318ft par 3 OB: Road and over.
Hole 2 - gold 537ft par 4 OB: Road and over.
Hole 3 - white 324ft par 3 OB: Surrounded by lake water. See abandon throw rules above.
Hole 4 - white 231ft par 3 OB: Surrounded by lake water.
Hole 5 - white 264ft par 3
Hole 6 - blue 480ft par 3 OB: On or over road left. On any building.
Hole 7 - blue 570ft par 4 OB: On or over road left and long.
Hole 8 - blue 507ft par 3 On or over road left.
Hole 9 - white 261ft par 3 On or over road left and right.
Hole 10 - blue 471ft par 3 OB: On or over road/parking lot left.
Hole 11 - red 174ft par 3
Hole 12 - blue 282ft par 3 OB: On or over road long and left.
Hole 13 - white 318ft par 3 OB: On or over road right. Restroom parking lot Is defined as a straight line on the parking lot side of the parking curbs is OB. On the curbs and gravel towards restroom is safe. Gravel around restroom is safe. Restroom roof is OB.
Hole 14 - blue 465ft par 3 OB: On or over road left.
Hole 15 - white 585 par 4 OB: On or over road left.
Hole 16 - gold 648 ft par 4 OB: On or over road left or long.
Hole 17 - blue 582 ft par 4 OB: On or over road left.
Hole 18 - blue 315ft par 3 On any asphalt is OB. If you are on the bridge, play it from the bridge. If you are under the bridge, play it where it lies. All water is casual.
