Hello Justin - we do not have any control over the state park fees - I have checked the FDR Park website - it indicates they are still charging a $10 parking fee - 9/6-10/10, weekends & holidays 8am -4pm

Unfortunately we were not able to work that out with the park. If you have an Empire pass it is valid at FDR state park, or if you are playing there in the morning, they usually do not charge until about 8am
